Council chair Augustine called the meeting to order

Roll Call: Introduction of Council members
Open Public Comment:
Dave Shorr of “Friends of HMB Parks and Rec” spoke about his project to bring a swim facility to Coastside
Consent Agenda:
Motion to adopt consent agenda (Current agenda and Minutes from Oct meeting) – Motion to approve proposed by Rose – seconded by Horn - Approved unanimously
Regular Agenda:
Letter of support to SMC Parks for the CSA 11 hookup to the Pescadero Community Space project
Public Comment: Rita Mancera expressed her support for this letter and action
Motion to approve proposed by Rose – Seconded by Horn - Approved unanimously
Council Meeting Location:
Bylaw requirement to announce the location of next month’s PMAC meeting (Dec 9th, 2025) to be held at the LHPUSD Boardroom
Public Comment: Irma Rodriguez Mitton – Expressed support in continuing holding the PMAC meeting at the LHPUSD Boardroom.
Motion to approve proposed by Erridge - Seconded by Rose - Approved Unanimously.
Unrelated public comment: John Dixon – Parking in the community – Will potentially raise this issue at the next PMAC meeting
