This meeting of the Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council CSA-11 Subcommittee will be held in the community room found at the La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District Office, located at 360 Butano Cutoff, Pescadero.  Members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting in person in the community room or remotely via the Zoom platform.  For information regarding how to participate in the meeting either in person or remotely, please refer to the instructions below.

REGULAR AGENDA

  1. Review and Refine Outreach Materials

    Discussion and possible action regarding draft outreach materials for the County CSA-11 Customer Advisory Committee, including review and refinement of the community flyer, outreach talking points, frequently asked questions, and other communication materials.

  2. September 1 Community Meeting Planning

    Discussion and possible action regarding the September 1 community meeting, including meeting objectives, agenda, presenters, educational materials, outreach, logistics, interpretation services, refreshments, RSVP process, and desired outcomes.

  3. Review and Discuss Advisory Committee Recruitment Process

    Discussion and possible action regarding the process for identifying and recommending candidates for the County CSA-11 Customer Advisory Committee, including community outreach, recruitment strategy, recommendation process, anticipated timeline, coordination with San Mateo County, and future PMAC updates.

  4. Next Steps

    Discussion and possible action regarding assignments, upcoming outreach activities, and future meeting schedule.
