This meeting of the Pescadero Municipal Advisory Council - Housing Element Task Force will be held in the community room found at the La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District Office, located at 360 Butano Cutoff, Pescadero.  Members of the public will be able to participate in the meeting in person in the community room or remotely via the Zoom platform.  For information regarding how to participate in the meeting either in person or remotely, please refer to the instructions below.

    Current Status and Anticipated Actions for Housing Element “Special Needs” Items 22.5-8 including an open discussion to share questions and concerns related to policy implementation in the PMAC area. The Task Force is especially seeking a timeline and milestones update . The conversation may include:

    ◦ District 3 Supervisor Ray Mueller and/or Kathleen Moazed

    ◦ Deputy County Executive - Nicholas Calderon

    ◦ Department of Housing - Raymond Hodges

    ◦ Planning and Building Department - Steve Monowitz 

    ◦ Department of Public Works – Tory Newman

    ◦ Department of Environmental Health - Heather Forshey

    ◦ Other staff or consultants as appropriate

  6. SITES ANALYSIS REPORT

    Presentation and discussion related to Housing Element “Special Needs” Item 22.8 – Farm Labor Housing Sites Analysis.

  7. NEXT STEPS

    The Task Force may determine priorities, information needs, recommendations to PMAC, and scheduling of future meetings.
